Summer Camps

Macao Base for Primary & Secondary STEM Education has been dedicating to organize Summer Camp annually. It aims to help participants discover their interests and potential in science and technology and biology fields etc. to improve their organizational and teamwork skills. For example, the University of Macau Faculty of Science and Technology has organized summer camp series for high school students which allowed them to acquire knowledge outside the classroom and conduct experiments with advanced lab equipment, so that they could learn more about UM’s teaching environment, adding that the camps will help them make better-informed decisions about which major to study in university.

The summer camps include Civil Engineering Summer Camp, Robotics and Artificial Intelligence Summer Camp, Computer Vision and Artificial Intelligence Summer Camp, 3D Reconstruction with Quadcopters Summer Camp, Wireless Technology Study Summer Camp, Transportation Technology Summer Camp, as well as Mathematics and Big Data Summer Camp.
